ミヤマリンドウ　　　　（深山竜胆）　　　　リンドウ科　

和名の由来  根が、熊の胆よりも苦いことから、熊よりランクの高い竜の胆の苦さにあてたのが「リンドウ」　本種は高山に咲くので「ミヤマ」がつく
花の特徴  茎先に1-5個の青紫色の花をつける　花冠は大きく5つに裂け、裂片の間に小型の副片がある　
開花時期  ９−１０月
分布生育地  高山のやや湿った草地
