サラシナショウマ　　　　（晒菜升麻）　　　　キンポウゲ科　

和名の由来  この草を採取後、水に晒（さら）して茹でて食べたことから
花の特徴  白色のハブラシの様な花　よく似た「イヌショウマ」との違いは、サラシナショウマの花柄は1センチ程度と長く、イヌショウマは短くて茎について咲いて様である　　 花は雄花と両性花がある
開花時期  8-10月
分布生育地  北海道から九州　　　　林や森の縁
